Zoho joins ONDC to help sellers to set up online stores

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) major Zoho joined the government’s e-commerce platform Open Network for Digital Commerce as a technology service provider to assist customers in leveraging ONDC to reach a larger audience.

Zoho Commerce, the company’s e-commerce platform, will enable sellers and existing customers to quickly set up online stores and join the open e-commerce network, according to a media statement issued on October 26. The announcement comes after the e-commerce platform Dukaan App announced that it is integrating with ONDC to provide small and large businesses with a simplified and level playing field. According to reports, the government’s ambitious digital commerce project went live in Bengaluru in September and is set to go live in Delhi in November.
