Indian foodtech giant Zomato will soon launch a new loyalty programme on its platform, the startup announced on Friday during its post-earnings call (November 11).

“We are currently working to develop something that is, at the very least, more distinctive in order to ensure that we gain the advantages of customer loyalty without actually suffering a financial loss. Zomato discontinued Zomato Pro and Zomato Pro Plus earlier this year, which had a significant negative impact on Q2 FY23’s dining-out business. In 12 cities in India and the UAE, Zomato has already launched a new loyalty programme called Zomato Pay for dining-out.
