Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman stated on Friday (November 18) that Web3 will change the way financial information is handled.

The FM stated at the World Congress of Accountants that Web3 utilities such as blockchain, AI, data analytics, and cloud computing will benefit accountants. “When it comes to technology and its adaptation, Web3 is taking over our lives.” “I believe that the way financial information is gathered, processed, and reported will change dramatically,” Sitharaman said at the 21st World Congress of Accountants. According to the minister, Web3 will assist accountants and financial analysts in resolving several issues that are currently plaguing the industry.
