Former employee allegedly murders MD and CEO of Aironics Media Private Limited

In a tragic incident, the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aironics Media Private Limited were allegedly murdered by a former employee in Bengaluru. The victims have been identified as Subramanyam Phanindra, the MD, and Vinu Kumar, the CEO. Aironics Media Private Limited is a company involved in providing internet services.

Details of the Incident and Accused

According to police sources, the accused in the case is identified as Felix, who was previously employed at the company. The shocking incident occurred in a residential area situated in Pampa extension, Amruthahalli, in north Bengaluru.

Attack and Escape

The police shared that Felix and Phanindra had previously worked together but had become rivals in the business. On Tuesday, around 4pm, Felix attacked Phanindra and Vinu Kumar, stabbing them to death with sharp objects. After committing the crime, Felix managed to escape from the scene.

Timeline of the Incident and Further Investigation

Reportedly, Felix arrived at the office building on a two-wheeler with two accomplices. They entered the office together with Phanindra. Following a discussion that lasted approximately 20 minutes, Felix launched his attack. The accused individuals were armed with weapons, including knives and machetes. Vinu Kumar attempted to intervene and save Phanindra, but he too fell victim to the attack. The incident occurred in the presence of around 10 employees, who were threatened by the accused before they fled from the scene.

According to records from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Aironics Media Private Limited was registered on November 7, 2022. The company’s directors are Sreeja Kanjirakattu Krishnamarar and Subramanyam Phanindra. The investigation into the shocking murder case is ongoing, with the police working to apprehend the accused and establish a motive for the crime.
