Elon Musk’s social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, has filed a lawsuit against the state of California over a law that requires social media companies to disclose their policies for removing offensive content. The law, signed a year ago, mandates platforms to publish content moderation policies and submit reports on how they address issues like hate speech and misinformation.
