Google Chrome is testing this Microsoft Edge-like feature

Share via:

Google is testing a “read aloud” feature for its Chrome browser, allowing users to listen to content while performing other tasks. The feature, already available in Microsoft Edge, improves reading comprehension and offers adjustable playback speed. Google plans to introduce various voice options and a user interface that highlights the sentence being read and fades out sections that have been read.
