Apple CEO, Tim Cook, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 during a recent interview. He expressed his desire for Apple to be a role model and demonstrate that going carbon neutral can be profitable. Apple has already made progress towards its climate goals by ending the use of leather in its products and replacing it with a new textile made from recycled content. In addition to its 2030 goal, Apple is also aiming for a 90% reduction in emissions by 2050.
