IceWarp, a preeminent provider of business communication and collaboration solutions, today announced the appointment of Prakash Dharmani as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Who is Prakash Dharmani?

Prior to joining IceWarp, Prakash Dharmani was the former Global CIO at EPL Ltd and has worked in various countries, including the US, Europe, Asia, and the Far East.

Recognized as an award-winning, customer-centric professional, he has successfully navigated complex business turnarounds and integrations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and steering digital transformations to enchant customers and secure competitive edges for businesses.

He has worked on projects in matrix environments across diverse geographies and cultures, with a keen focus on aligning IT vision, strategy, and roadmap with organizational objectives, building teams, and business partnering.

A significant part of his contribution will be leading the expansion of branches across India and extending into the Middle East region. Furthermore, he will work in close collaboration with the executive team across IceWarp’s Group companies to mold its strategic direction, pinpoint growth opportunities, and meticulously execute business plans.
