Hi-COM acquires IT service partner Computer Maintenance Agency (CMA)

Internet service provider Hi-COM Network has acquired Computer Maintenance Agency (CMA), an IT service partner. As part of the acquisition, Hi-COM will establish a 100% subsidiary of the Hyderabad-based management service provider company. 

The strategic alliance has been valued at $1 Million, giving Hi-COM an edge in the “IT managed Service “market segment, the company said.

Expanding services through strategic alliance

According to the company’s statement, The alliance between Hi-COM and CMA will broaden the range of remedial and value-added services offered. CMA, established in 1993, has been a single-point contact for Multi-Platform HW Maintenance, Multi-Platform System Administration, and SW Services related to DBMS.

The acquisition will enable Hi-COM to leverage CMA’s extensive services, aiming to expand its business portfolio, especially within the MSP business segment for PSU and government sectors.

Vikas Sharma, Founder and Director of Hi-COM, said, “We are excited to welcome CMA to the Hi-COM family.
