Instagram’s app for iPads not a priority: Read what CEO Adam Mosseri has to say

Share via:

Despite having separate apps for Android and the web, Instagram does not have a dedicated app for iPads and has no plans to optimize the platform for the iPad, according to Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri. Mosseri stated that while an iPad app would be beneficial in the future, there are currently other more important features to focus on. The smaller user base of iPads compared to iPhones may be a reason for the lack of priority. Other Meta platforms, like Facebook, have dedicated iPad apps.
