Aurionpro Solution Ltd. has made a significant acquisition by purchasing Omnifin from AS Software Services Pvt. Ltd. for a deal valued at approximately ₹82 crore. This acquisition encompasses all assets, liabilities, intellectual properties, and includes more than 150 employees.
The move has been met with enthusiasm, and shares of Aurionpro Solution Ltd. witnessed a 1.28% increase in value following the announcement.
Omnifin is a loan management system that serves over 45 banks and financial institutions in the Indian market. The acquisition of Omnifin aligns with Aurionpro Solutions Limited’s expansion strategy, particularly in the Banking, Mobility, Payments, and Government sectors. This acquisition is expected to strengthen its lending solutions portfolio.

The shares of Aurionpro Solution Ltd. rose by 1.28% to reach ₹1409 at 10.18 am on the BSE.
