TCS announces new LeAD head, HR chief sends note to employees

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Elizabeth Mathew as the head of TCS LeaD, a program aimed at promoting diversity and leadership at the senior level. Mathew, a TCS veteran, will be responsible for nurturing leadership talent and overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives. This appointment follows a series of leadership changes made by CEO K Krithivasan. Additionally, TCS announced several changes to senior management personnel, including the retirement of chief technology officer K Ananth Krishnan in 2023.
