Infosys will be giving a quarterly performance bonus to eligible employees with an average payout of 80%. The bonus will be given to employees at position level 6 and below, based on their performance and contribution for the quarter. This payout is similar to the one given in the previous quarter and higher than payouts in previous quarters of the financial year. The distribution of the payout will be finalized by unit delivery managers and communicated to eligible employees this week.
