The deal will allow Adobe to integrate Rephrase’s technology with its Creative Cloud video-editing platform, enhancing its offerings. Rephrase.ai provides a text-to-video generation platform that simplifies the process of creating professional-looking videos. The majority of Rephrase’s team members will join Adobe as part of the deal. This acquisition marks Adobe’s first foray into the generative AI and video-tooling space and makes Rephrase the first Indian startup to be acquired by the company.
