Valve launched the Steam Deck OLED, an updated version of their handheld gaming device. The new device features an OLED display supplied by Samsung. Initially, BOE was expected to supply OLED displays as well but may not due to a lawsuit filed against them by Samsung. Samsung accused BOE of unfair competition and patent infringement. The trial is set to begin in January 2024.
