EU may have ‘bad news’ for Amazon

Share via:

The European Commission, the antitrust regulators of the European Union (EU), has expressed concerns about Amazon’s $1.7 billion acquisition of iRobot, stating that it may restrict competition in the region. The Commission believes that Amazon could use its influence to prevent iRobot’s rivals from selling robot vacuum cleaners on its online marketplace, potentially degrading their access to it.
