Swedish caller identification platform Truecaller has published its first-ever monthly US Spam and Scam Report, offering detailed analysis of fraudulent call trends in the country. The report reveals that US residents struggle with an average of 2.1 billion spam calls every month, lasting over four minutes each. In 2023, users wasted 195 million hours answering these calls, primarily during the holiday season.
