Gurgaon-based healthtech startup Zyla Health has raised $4 million in a Series A funding round led by Exfinity Venture Partners, with participation from Sony Innovation Fund, Venture Catalysts, and Aureolis Ventures.

What is the purpose of fundraising?

The startup plans to utilize the fresh capital to accelerate growth in its three primary verticals: insurance, corporates, and pharmaceuticals. It aims to enhance its services and expand its reach within these sectors.

Shailesh Ghorpade, Founding Managing Partner of Exfinity Venture Partners, “Zyla is focused on driving tangible health outcomes in people to improve their overall health and well-being and driving down hospitalisation costs. Given the increase in lifestyle diseases in the country, it is imperative to manage health outcomes by driving the right behaviour and interventions through technology. Zyla operates in that unique space and we look forward to our partnership.”

What does Zyla Health do?

Founded in 2017 by Khushboo Aggarwal and Tanmay Patil, Zyla Health offers a unique platform for personalized care management, particularly for chronic patients. The startup has developed a proprietary deeptech platform that integrates across the healthcare ecosystem, including client data lakes, diagnostic vendors, and smart devices.

Serving prominent companies

Zyla Health claims to have witnessed a 300% year-on-year increase and 100% retention of key B2B accounts. The startup’s client list includes prominent names like Max Life Insurance, HDFC Ergo, Pfizer, Zydus, IBM, DHL, Godrej, and GEP. Zyla’s services have been instrumental in improving health outcomes for high-risk individuals, reducing insurance claims and premiums, and enhancing medication adherence.

“Our vision for healthcare in India is an ecosystem that puts patients at the centre with every stakeholder working towards driving better health outcomes for the patient. We will give the mission everything we have”, said Khushboo Aggarwal, founder & CEO, of Zyla Health.
