Profit Rises Nearly 10% YoY To INR 45.6 Cr But Declines Sequentially

The traveltech startup’s net profit declined 2.7% from INR 46.9 Cr reported in Q2 FY24

Operating revenue rose 18.1% YoY to INR 160.7 Cr in Q3 FY24

Gross booking revenue declined 10.6% YoY to INR 2,026 Cr during the quarter under review as air segment bookings declined a whopping 29.7%

EaseMyTrip reported a 9.6% increase in consolidated net profit to INR 45.6 Cr in the quarter ended December 2023 from INR 41.6 Cr in Q3 FY23. 

However, profit declined 2.7% from INR 46.9 Cr reported in the September quarter of 2023.

Operating revenue rose 18.1% to INR 160.7 Cr during the quarter under review from INR 136.1 Cr in the corresponding quarter last year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue from operations increased 13.5% from INR 141.6 Cr.

The traveltech startup’s gross booking revenue declined 10.6% YoY to INR 2,026 Cr during the quarter under review as air segment bookings declined a whopping 29.7% to 22.6 Lakh during the quarter under review.

Shares of the company ended today’s trading session 3.07% lower at INR 50.84 on the BSE after the announcement of Q3 results.
