The Sam Altman-led firm confirmed a ref=”dofollow” data-ga-onclick=”Inarticle articleshow link click#Tech#href” href=”https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/topic/technical-glitch” target=”_blank”>technical glitch in the AI app which was affecting its performance.

“Most of ChatGPT, the API, and Sora have been down for a couple of hours and we’re sorry for the trouble this is causing,” OpenAI said in a post on X.

According to Downdetector, more than 1,500 users in the US experienced glitches, leaving them frustrated and unable to use the app.
