India’s consumer body sends notice to Apple over performance issue in iPhones after iOS 18+ software update

After receiving complaints on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) regarding performance issues in iPhones following the iOS 18+ software update, the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has issued a notice to Apple, the manufacturer of iPhones.

The revelation was made in a tweet by Pralhad Joshi, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and New and Renewable Energy.
