Leap raises $65 million in funding round led by Apis Partners

Study abroad platform Leap has secured $65 million in a funding round led by London-based private equity fund Apis Partners, with participation from existing investors Owl Ventures, Jungle Ventures and Peak XV Partners. The round values the startup at $700-800 million, the same as its last funding in 2022, people in the know said.

Close to 80% of the fund raised was primary capital and the remaining 20% comprised secondary share sale by existing shareholders, with several angel investors partially selling their stakes in this round, said Arnav…
