Spiritual and devotion platform Utsav has raised Rs 6.35 crore in a funding round led by Mumbai-based venture capital fund Equanimity Investments.The round also saw participation from existing investor India Quotient.

The funds will be used to expand operations both within India and internationally, hire talent, and enhance technology.

“We are exploring global expansion, aiming to cater to the growing demand for virtual pujas. NRIs outside India miss these rituals even more than we do,” cofounder Ankita De told ET.
