Software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm SpotDraft, which specialises in contract management and legal agreements, has secured $54 million in Series B funding from investors led by Vertex Growth and Trident Partners.

Shashank Bijapur, cofounder and chief executive officer of SpotDraft, said the company is sharpening focus on product enhancement and expanding its AI (artificial intelligence) capabilities.
