Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, will roll out annual salary increases for FY25 in March with payouts starting in April. The hikes are likely to average 4-8%, said people with knowledge of the matter. Infosys, ranked second, has informed employees that annual compensation revision letters will be issued before the end of March and is working on hikes based on recommendations received from delivery units. Reports suggest the increments are likely to be in the range of 5-8%.
