Huawei is taking its — and the world’s — first trifold smartphone, the Mate XT global. The news was announced at Huawei’s launch event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to the Chinese tech giant, the Mate XT will come with a hefty €3,499 price tag and will only be available in a single 16GB RAM/1TB storage variant.

Huawei has not yet confirmed which regions the smartphone will be available in but has asked users to look out for local announcements. It is likely that the rollout could begin in Europe.
