IT services company Infosys has announced performance bonus at an average 80% of the target to its eligible employees for the third quarter ended December, ahead of the rollout of annual pay hikes expected before the end of March, people in the know told ET.The average pay-out of the variable pay is said to have dropped by up to 10 percentage points from the second quarter for employees across delivery and sales units, who form the bulk of the Bengaluru-headquartered software major’s workforce of over 323,000.
