In a bid to keep up with the growing competition and latest technologies, sixth largest IT services company LTIMindtree has liked annual pay hikes of middle and senior-level managers to a mandatory clearance of a competency test.“Our performance management process integrates competency-linked goals alongside project-specific goals.
