In a bid to keep up with the growing competition and latest technologies, sixth largest IT services company LTIMindtree has liked annual pay hikes of middle and senior-level managers to a mandatory clearance of a competency test.“Our performance management process integrates competency-linked goals alongside project-specific goals. We believe both are equally important in assessing the overall annual performance of our talent, and as a result, they carry equal weightage,” an LTIMindtree spokesperson confirmed in a statement.
