When Donald J. Trump first became the President of the United States in 2017, he received a dubious honour from Wipro, becoming the first ever POTUS to be flagged as a risk to investors. In its annual filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Wipro warned that President Trump’s support for policies, which would include tariffs and trade agreements, could ‘adversely affect’ its business. Wipro’s warning was prescient. Just the
