Kissht cofounders launch debt resolution startup Rezolv, raise $3.5 million from 3one4 Capital

Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, cofounders of digital lending startup Kissht, have stepped down from their roles to launch Rezolv, a debt-resolution platform for banks and non-banking finance companies (NBFCs).

The platform went live with its first two NBFC clients in January 2025 and has raised $3.5 million in seed funding from 3one4 Capital and others.

Mehta and Jindal, two of the four cofounders of Kissht (it started out in 2015), previously served as the company’s chief technology officer and chief operating officer, respectively.
