Goyal will be a non-executive cofounder at the company, with Das, who was formerly Zomato’s chief operating officer (COO), running the operations at LAT Aerospace, said people in the know.
“Both Das and Goyal are founders of the startup, but Goyal’s involvement will be one of making investments and mentoring the startup in a non-executive role,” one of the persons said.
