IT company Happiest Minds on Wednesday announced top-level changes in its organisational structure, appointing Ashok Soota as chairman and chief mentor.

Joseph Anantharaju, who was executive vice chairman, has been elevated to co-chairman and chief executive officer of the IT company. He will drive all the business divisions of Happiest Minds, including product and digital engineering services, infrastructure management, and the generative AI business.
