EPAM counts on India talent for delivery business

US-headquartered technology services firm EPAM Systems aims to bank on India for its delivery business, which is growing bigger than India’s sixth largest IT services player LTIMindtree.

With revenue size of $4.7 billion ending December 2024 and over 10,000 employees in India, the IT company plans to grow by 9-14% for the upcoming year and increase the headcount further by 2000-3000 in the next two years. The company will also expand to tier-2 cities in the country soon, its top executives told ET.
