Bear House Clothing raises Rs 50 crore in round led by JM Financial private equity

Men’s apparel and accessories brand Bear House Clothing has raised Rs 50 crore in a Series A funding round led by JM Financial India Growth Fund III.

Dexter Capital, a boutique investment bank advising early and growth-stage startups, also participated in this funding round.

The company plans to use the funds to drive offline expansion, support working capital requirements, and bolster the company’s branding and marketing initiatives, it said in a media release.
