A crypto user has gone very long on Solana, staking a very small portion of the token for the next 3,000 years, according to blockchain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence.
The unknown user staked $0.05 Solana ( data-ct-non-breakable=”null” href=”https://cointelegraph.com/solana-price-index” rel=”null” target=”null” text=”null” title=”null”>SOL) in 2023, and it will unlock in the year 5138, Arkham data-ct-non-breakable=”null” href=”https://x.com/arkham/status/1908587829535392127″ rel=”null” target=”null” text=”null” title=”null”>said in an April 5 post to X.
Speaking to Cointelegraph, Vincent Liu, chief investment officer at Kronos Research, said the move was likely a symbolic sign of showing conviction in data-ct-non-breakable=”null” href=”https://cointelegraph.com/learn/articles/solana-sol-ecosystem-overview” rel=”null” target=”null” text=”null” title=”null”>Solana’s long-term ecosystem.
