TCS, Accenture, Infosys lead LinkedIn’s list of best workplaces in India

India’s leading information technology (IT) companies have been named the best places to grow a career, according to LinkedIn’s 2025 list of Top Companies in India. The list highlights the top 25 large companies that support career growth, learning, and long-term success.

LinkedIn looked at data like how often employees get promoted, how they build new skills, and how long they stay at a company. All companies on the list have more than 5,000 employees in India.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured the top position, followed by Accenture,
