TCS reverses headcount to add 625 employees in Q4, 6,433 in full year FY25

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest software services company, added a small number of employees at 625 during the January to March quarter of fiscal year 2025 reversing headcount decline marginally from the previous quarter.

This follows a net decline in workforce for the previous quarter by 5,370 after adding employees in the first half of the fiscal year 2025.

For the full year, the Tata subsdiary’s employee count was higher by 6,433 taking the total workforce at the end of March this year at 6,07,979 from 6,01,546 at the end of…
