New-age logistics company Delhivery, which is acquiring rival Ecom Express for Rs 1,407 crore, expects the overlapping customer base to help streamline the integration process.

“Both companies have serviced these customers over several years and all customer-facing business processes of package manifestation, tracking, billing and reconciliation and collections are equivalent or similar in all key respects,” the company said in an exchange filing on Friday, noting this will allow smooth routing of Ecom Express volumes into its network.
