Female partners associated with Urban Company continued to out-earn their male counterparts, in both hourly and monthly terms, a recent report by the digital home services provider showed.

Partners’ earnings data for April to December 2024, released Tuesday, showed that female partners earned 36.65 percent more net per hour than their male counterparts.

Among Urban Company partners delivering 30 services a month, women earned 2.67 percent more than men on a net monthly basis. Out of the top 20 percent, 10 percent and 5 percent partners on the…
