Wipro reverses headcount to add 614 employees in Q4, 708 in full year FY25

India’s fourth-largest software services firm Wipro added a small number of 614 employees during the January to March quarter of fiscal year 2025, reversing headcount decline marginally from the previous quarter.

This follows a net decline in workforce for the previous quarter of 1,157 after adding employees in the first half of the fiscal year 2025.

For the full year, Wipro’s employee count was higher by a meagre 708, taking the total workforce at the end of March this year at 233,346 from 234,054 at the end of March last year.
