Global Capability Centre (GCCs) employees in metro cities are having a hard time getting around. Individuals in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and NCR are spending 5 percent of their lifetime commuting to their offices.

A recent study by MoveInSync, an employee commute platform, explored how the office commute is increasingly becoming a lever for talent attraction and retention among GCCs in India.
