Indian CEO in UAE Says AI Agents Now Handle Work of 100 Employees—Without Any Job Losses

Share via:

UAE-based AI startup CozmoX claims its AI agents can perform tasks equivalent to the work of 100 employees, revolutionizing operations in areas like customer support, sales, audits, and debt collection. The company offers AI-powered virtual employees capable of holding full conversations in over 80 languages and automating high-volume tasks.

Nuha Hashem, co-founder of CozmoX, shared with Khaleej Times that based on a decade of data, they can deploy AI agents within a day that replace the workload of large teams. For example, tasks like making 10,000 calls daily can now be handled by a single AI agent, reducing the need for mass hiring in such roles.

Alok Kumar, the Indian CEO of CozmoX and a Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 honoree, says AI agents are not only the future but are already delivering significant cost savings—up to $100,000 (₹85 lakh) a month in some large public sector firms. On average, hospitals and clinics using their solutions are saving over $30,000 monthly.

Despite the automation, Kumar emphasized that no jobs have been lost. Instead, employees are now focusing on high-impact and productive work rather than repetitive tasks. “People come to us saying our solution has freed them from manual work and allowed them to focus on what truly matters,” he added.

So far, over 50 companies in the UAE have integrated CozmoX’s AI agents, leveraging them for enhanced efficiency without compromising human employment.
