After nearly a decade of bold colour blocks and familiar edges, Google’s iconic ‘G’ logo is getting a sleek new makeover. The tech giant has quietly introduced a redesigned version of the standalone ‘G’, trading its solid red, yellow, green, and blue segments for a smooth, multicoloured gradient.

The redesigned logo is currently rolling out to iOS users via the Google Search app, and is appearing on some Android devices with the beta release of version 16.18. For now, the refreshed icon is most visible on Pixel phones and select Apple…
