Infosys releases Q4 bonus, employees call payout tepid

Infosys has released performance bonus letters for the January-March 2025 (Q4FY25) quarter, but employees are calling the payouts significantly lower than previous quarters.

Most eligible employees received just 50% of their targeted bonus, with some receiving 70% and only a few exceptional performers getting more, sources told ET.
