In what seems to mark the end to a nine-month court battle between two IT majors, a US court has asked both Infosys and Cognizant Technology Solutions to attempt to resolve the case by informal agreement on “disputes on non-dispositive pretrial discovery matters by meaningfully conferring before seeking the court’s involvement”.
