TON has brief downtime before being restored

The Open Network (TON), an independent layer-1 Blockchain that has a symbiotic relationship with the Telegram messaging platform, experienced a brief outage that halted block production on June 1 before functionality was restored.

TON’s development team announced the issue at 12:51:00 UTC and restored network functionality approximately 40 minutes after the outage was identified. TON developers wrote in an data-ct-non-breakable=”null” href=”https://x.com/ton_blockchain/status/1929171527582273736″ title=”null”>update:
