Apple will unveil its latest software at its developers’ conference WWDC 2025 on Monday. This will include the operating systems for its iPhones, Mac computers, iPads and more. The next generation of iOS for iPhones is rumoured to sport many new bells and whistles, and even a new nomenclature.

The new iPhone operating system (OS) could see the biggest design overhaul in generations, some system apps may get their long due retouch, and a helping of artificial intelligence (AI) features, courtesy Apple Intelligence.
