Xiaomi launches YU7, its first electric SUV with 835-km range on a single charge

Xiaomi has officially entered the electric SUV market with the launch of its latest vehicle, the YU7. Unveiled in China, the YU7 is Xiaomi’s second EV and its first SUV, following the earlier success of the SU7 electric sedan.

With a length of 4.99 metres, a width of nearly 2 metres, and a long wheelbase of 3 metres, Xiaomi says that the car is built for comfort and space. It includes a large panoramic sunroof, a minimalist interior, and up to 1,970 litres of storage space.
