Noida International Airport (NIA) has partnered with global IT company Kyndryl to handle its entire technology infrastructure and provide round-the-clock support for smooth operations.
Under this collaboration, Kyndryl will implement its AI-powered platform, Kyndryl Bridge, to automate infrastructure management. This system will help continuously monitor the airport’s tech systems, predict potential issues in advance, and fix them before they affect airport services.
The partnership also focuses strongly on cybersecurity. Kyndryl will set up rapid-response systems, constant policy monitoring, and robust risk management measures to keep the airport’s digital operations secure and resilient.
With decades of experience managing tech for major airports and airlines—including Bengaluru Airport, Delta Airlines, and Etihad—Kyndryl plans to use its proven methods to deliver a smooth, high-tech passenger experience at the new Noida airport.
The greenfield airport, located about 75 km from Delhi, will begin operations with its first phase this summer, featuring one terminal and a runway capable of handling roughly 12 million passengers a year. Over time, its capacity will be expanded to serve up to 70 million travelers annually.
In short, this partnership aims to create a strong, AI-driven, and secure digital backbone for Noida International Airport as it positions itself to become one of India’s most advanced airports.
