Pune-based Persistent Systems appointed Shimona Chadha as chief marketing officer, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.

In her new role, Chadha will be responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and enabling business growth through integrated marketing initiatives, the company told the exchanges. She will be a member of Persistent’s executive leadership team and will be based in New Jersey, US.
